Carnival Details
You’re invited to the 2025 UP Carnival, The Panther Fairgrounds!! Enjoy exciting rides, midway-style games and many fun-filled activities! Join your classmates and families on 3 NEW rides- Pirates Revenge, Reckless Ride, and Mindwinder. We will also have a NEW necklace making tent that is sure to be a fan favorite! Sugar Shak, 5 and Dime, Airbrush Brothers, and more will be returning as well. You won’t want to miss this!
Time: Friday, November 14th, from 3:15-6pm
Location: UP Elementary soccer fields, sport court, and gym (enter on Thackery Street at soccer field entrance).
Tickets: Activities and concessions exclusively accept tickets. Tickets are purchased in a set of 10, for $10 each. Tickets may be purchased online here through Monday November 10th. They may also be purchased after school at the Lollipop Pull (November 10-13) or during Carnival using cash, check or credit card. Tickets purchased online will be delivered to the student’s classroom the week of Carnival.
Sponsorships: Families and companies may purchase sponsorships toward their favorite Carnival activities listed below. The last day to purchase sponsorships online is November 7th. For sponsorship help and questions, please contact Mary Irby at UPFallCarnival@gmail.com.
Lollipop Pull: In the afternoons during the week of Carnival, students are invited to participate in the popular Lollipop Pull between 3:15-3:30pm at the Amherst Entrance. Bring dollar bills each day to play for a chance to win a lollipop or other special prizes.
Volunteers: Carnival activities run almost entirely on the volunteering of time by our generous community! View and select your volunteer opportunity on the website SignUpGenius.com.
NEW!! Panther Tex Piñata Raffle: One lucky UP student will be chosen by raffle to take home a 9ft tall custom Panther Tex piñata. He will have a TREASURE BOX to smash full of TOP TIER prizes including gift cards, sweet treats and UP swag! Pinata tickets are $25/ticket or $100/5 tickets. Buy as many raffle tickets as you want to increase your chances to win.
King & Queen of Carnival: One lucky 4th grade boy and one lucky 4th grade girl will be chosen by raffle to be the 2025 King and Queen of Carnival! King & Queen tickets are $25/ticket or $100/5 tickets. Buy as many raffle tickets as you want to increase your chances to win this incredible prize!
“Dunk Mrs. Banuelos” Class Competition: For the class that raises the most money, each student will receive a 30 minute early entry to the Carnival AND a chance to plunge our beloved principal into the dunk tank while the school cheers you on! As an added bonus, the teacher of the winning class will receive a gift basket that includes $200 to Saint Bernard, $200 to il Bracco plus other amazing items they’re sure to love! The competition will close at 9PM on Thursday and the winning class will be announced on the Friday morning announcements.
